Capital Founders Forum

About the Forum

Capital Founders Forum is an interview series for leaders in Financial Services, Healthcare, and SaaS — practical, inside-the-decision conversations with the operators and advisors closest to the capital, the growth, and the exit.

What the show is

Each episode is a direct conversation with a founder, operator, or advisor who has recently made a decision worth examining — raising capital in a difficult market, selling a company, integrating an acquisition, or scaling past a plateau. We are not interested in the announcement. We are interested in the mechanics behind it: what the numbers actually said, what the board pushed back on, and what would have been done differently.

The forum covers three worlds — Financial Services, Healthcare, and SaaS — because the people building durable companies in each are solving a version of the same problem: how to grow without losing control of the thing that made the business work in the first place.

Inside the decision

We ask how a call actually got made, not how it reads in a press release. Every episode digs into the tradeoff, not the highlight.

Operator-first

Our guests run the business, sit on the board, or advise the deal. No professional talkers, no recycled frameworks.

No hype

Growth, capital, and exits are hard problems with real consequences. We talk about them directly, without the enthusiasm of a keynote.

The Host

Capital Founders Forum is hosted by a former operator and M&A advisor who has sat on both sides of the table in growth-stage financing and mid-market transactions. The questions come from having made the calls himself, not from a script.
